BND's Image Exchange Services Program provides financial institutions the ability to electronically exchange their cash letter items in an easy, secure manner, while our fee and availability schedule provide financial institutions with the region's top value in banking services.
BND serves as North Dakota's Central Clearing House for both in-state and out-of-state items and assures quick exchange of all checks and drafts. This means reduced costs and additional services to you. High availability of funds for all items is guaranteed. Financial institutions may send one or many electronic files throughout the day in order to meet their business needs. Extended cutoff times allow for flexibility of deadlines by the financial institutions.
Paper Check Processing
Financial institutions unable to process electronic cash letters can still send their paper cash letters to BND for processing at competitive prices.
Return Item Service
Return Item processing is an additional feature of BND Image Exchange. You can send and receive your return items in an electronic format for a quicker, more efficient turnaround time.
